Waiting time policies:

Airport Transfers:

• Arrivals: 60 minutes free wait time from flight landing
• Departures: 15 minutes free wait time from scheduled pickup
• Additional time: Charged at AED 50 per 30 minutes

Hourly Bookings:

• All waiting is included in your booked hours
• Your chauffeur waits while you shop, dine, meet
• Overtime beyond booking charged at hourly rate

Point-to-Point Transfers:

• 15 minutes included from pickup time
• Additional time: AED 50 per 30 minutes
