Our service includes a professional chauffeur, luxury vehicle of your choice, fuel, insurance, chilled refreshments, Wi-Fi, phone charging, and door-to-door service. Tolls are charged at cost. Waiting time is included up to specified limits.

We recommend booking 24-48 hours in advance for standard vehicles and 3-5 days for premium vehicles (Rolls-Royce, Bentley). Same-day bookings are possible based on availability. Peak periods (holidays, events) require earlier booking.

Our airport transfer includes flight tracking, meet & greet at arrivals with name board, 60 minutes complimentary waiting time, luggage assistance, chilled refreshments, and transport to your destination in your chosen luxury vehicle.

Our chauffeurs primarily speak English and Arabic. We also have chauffeurs fluent in Hindi, Urdu, Russian, Tagalog, and other languages. Request your preferred language when booking and we'll match you with an appropriate chauffeur.

Hourly hire (min 3 hours) is ideal for short trips, meetings, or airport transfers. Full-day hire (8-10 hours) is better value for extensive sightseeing, shopping, or multiple stops—and you get significant discounts compared to hourly rates.

Yes! We specialize in luxury wedding transportation. Choose from Rolls-Royce Ghost/Phantom, Bentley Flying Spur, or Mercedes-Maybach. Packages include decorated vehicles, red carpet service, champagne, and professionally attired chauffeurs.

Yes! We offer corporate accounts with dedicated vehicles, consistent chauffeurs, priority booking, monthly invoicing, detailed reporting, and discounted rates. Perfect for executives, visiting clients, and regular business transportation needs.

We provide service throughout the UAE including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Al Ain. Cross-border trips to Oman can also be arranged. Inter-emirate trips may incur additional charges.

Airport transfers include 60 minutes complimentary waiting time. For hourly bookings, waiting time is included in your hired hours. For point-to-point transfers, 15 minutes is included, with additional time charged at the hourly rate.

Yes! We provide child seats free of charge. We have rear-facing infant seats (0-12 months), forward-facing toddler seats (1-4 years), and booster seats (4-8 years). Simply request when booking and we'll have them installed.

Cancellations 24+ hours before service receive a full refund. Within 24 hours, a 50% charge may apply. No-shows are non-refundable. For premium vehicles (Rolls-Royce, Bentley), 48 hours notice is required for full refund.

Tipping is not required but is always appreciated for excellent service. If you're happy with your chauffeur, a tip of AED 50-100 or 10-15% is customary. Tips go directly to your chauffeur as a personal thank you.

Chauffeur service offers luxury vehicles, professional uniformed drivers, advance booking, personalized service, refreshments, consistent quality, and door-to-door attention. Regular taxis/Uber are standard vehicles with variable quality and on-demand service.
