How far is Lapita from the theme parks?

Lapita is the only hotel located *inside* the Dubai Parks and Resorts complex. You exit the hotel lobby and you are effectively in Riverland. From there, it's a pleasant flat walk to the park gates. LEGOLAND is about 5 minutes, Motiongate maybe 7-8 minutes. Real Madrid World is also within easy walking distance. In the summer heat, you can request a buggy from the hotel staff to drop you near the entrances.
