Are theme park tickets included with the stay?

For a one-night stay, you usually get one full day of access. For longer stays, you get multi-day passes. This represents huge value, as buying park tickets separately for a family can be expensive. At check-in, the concierge will issue your passes so you can head straight to the gates.
