Camel riding cancellation policy:

• 24+ hours notice: Full refund
• 12-24 hours notice: 50% charge may apply
• Less than 12 hours: No refund
• No-show: No refund

Rescheduling:

• Free rescheduling with 24+ hours notice
• Subject to availability

Weather cancellations (by us):

• Full refund OR free rescheduling (your choice)
• We only cancel in extreme conditions (sandstorms, heavy rain)
