What happens if weather is bad for the Lotus Royale Cruise?

Lotus Royale weather policy:

Normal Operations:

• Cruises operate in all normal weather
• Light rain does not affect operations
• Lower/Main decks are fully covered & air-conditioned
• Upper deck may close in heavy rain (guests moved to covered areas)

Cancellation Conditions:

• Extreme winds (safety hazard)
• Severe storms
• Maritime authority restrictions

If Cancelled:

• Full refund processed within 5-7 days
• OR free rescheduling to any available date
