What is your cancellation policy for private tours?

We understand plans can change! You may cancel your Jebel Jais Private Tour for a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% charge. In case of severe weather conditions making the mountain road unsafe, we will offer a full refund or free rescheduling. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
