We time our dune bashing specifically to reach the highest peaks just as the sun sets. The "Golden Hour" lighting creates stunning contrasts on the red sands, providing professional-grade photo opportunities that are impossible to get at midday.

The desert cools down rapidly after sunset. The evening breeze makes the outdoor camp experience incredibly comfortable, allowing you to relax on traditional floor cushions (Majlis) without the intensity of the direct sun.

Pickup & Departure
Our 4x4 Land Cruiser arrives at your location. The drive to the high red dunes of Lahbab takes approximately 45-60 minutes.
The Adventure Begins
Tires are deflated for traction. Enjoy 30-45 minutes of heart-pounding dune bashing, sliding sideways over the peaks.
Photo Stop & Sandboarding
We stop at a high vantage point. Strap on a sandboard to glide down the dunes, or simply relax and take photos as the sun sets.
Camp Arrival & Starters
Arrive at the camp. Welcomed with Arabic Coffee (Gahwa), Gaymat (sweets), and dates. Free time for camel rides, Shisha smoking, and Henna painting.
Dinner & Shows
The 5-star buffet opens. Enjoy your meal while watching the Tanoura Dance, Belly Dance, and Fire Show.
Departure

Pickups generally begin between 2:30 PM and 3:30 PM, depending on your location and the season (sunset times vary). You will typically be dropped back at your hotel or residence between 9:00 PM and 9:30 PM.
Is the BBQ dinner suitable for vegetarians?
Yes, our evening buffet is extensive. Vegetarian options include Falafel, Hummus, Tabbouleh, Fattoush, Vegetable Curry, Dal (Lentils), Noodles, White Rice, and fresh fruits. Non-vegetarian options include Grilled Chicken, Lamb Kebabs, and Fish.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Desert weather is usually stable, but in the rare event of a sandstorm or rain that makes driving unsafe, we will notify you immediately to reschedule or cancel without any penalty.
Can I skip the dune bashing but still attend the evening camp?
Yes! We offer a 'Dinner Only' option. A separate vehicle will take you directly to the camp via a smooth road, bypassing the dunes, so you can join your family/friends for the sunset, camel rides, and dinner.
