How do I book the Dunes to Downtown tour?

Booking Process: Visit our website and fill out the booking form, WhatsApp us at +971 50 123 4567, or call directly. We'll need the number of people, your hotel name/pickup location, preferred date, and any special requests (Burj Khalifa tickets, dietary needs, etc.).

Timing: While we can sometimes accommodate last-minute bookings (24 hours notice), we really recommend 2-3 days in advance, especially if you want Burj Khalifa tickets added or are traveling during peak season (November-March). The tour is popular and fills up.

Payment: We accept online payment, card, or cash. You can pay in advance or pay the driver in the morning (for cash). We'll send confirmation with all details including exact pickup time and what to expect.

Cancellation: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour. Within 48 hours, cancellation fees may apply.
