What time is pickup for the sunrise package?

Pickup time varies based on two things: what time the sun rises (which changes by season), and where your hotel is located. During winter months when sunrise is later, pickup might be around 5:30 AM. In summer when the sun rises earlier, we might collect you at 4:45-5:00 AM.

We calculate the drive time from your specific hotel to our prime viewing spots, factor in a buffer for traffic, and schedule pickup so you arrive at the dunes about 15-20 minutes before sunrise. This gives you time to get positioned and ready without rushing. We'll confirm your exact pickup time when you book—it's specific to your location and the date of your safari.
