Experience Bookings (Diving, Encounters):

• 48+ hours notice: Full refund
• 24-48 hours: 50% charge
• Less than 24 hours: No refund

Date changes are free with 24+ hours notice. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Contact our support team for any changes.
