Terms & Conditions
- Operating times are from 9am to 10pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 12am on Fridays and Saturdays with a gap of 17 minutes between every departure. Operating times on public holidays can vary, please check latest updates on our social media for information
- The prices are the same for kids. However, they can receive free entrance if they are 110 cm or less in height.
- Accessibility features for people of determination, bathrooms located at each station, and various convenience stores. WIFI will be launched soon
- Monorail users will obtain 3 hours free parking upon ticket validation. AED 10 fee per hour will be applicable following the 3rd hour of free parking.
- No, pets are not allowed inside the Monorail.
- Trains depart every 17 minutes
- Tickets bought for a particular day should be used on that same day.
